The Università Popolare degli Studi di Milano is recognized by MIUR as an International University as expressed in these authorization acts
Ministerial Authorization
With Administrative Provision 313/11 of 2011 of the Ministry of Education, University and Research, the Università Popolare degli Studi di Milano is officially recognized as an international university, affiliated to the University of United Popular Nations, and is officially a partner of the State University of Ouagadougou, in the State of Burkina Faso and of the Bouaké State University, in the State of Côte d'Ivoire.
The Università Popolare degli Studi di Milano may issue academic degrees on behalf of the aforementioned universities, in accordance with the provisions of the Lisbon Convention and current legislation.

Formalization and publication in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic (Poligrafico di Stato la Zecca) Notice of opening of faculties by virtue of the Ministerial Authorization MIUR 313/11 which recognizes the Università Popolare degli Studi di Milano as an International University.

Council of State, authoritarian summit of Italian law that re-confirms the full juridical nature and legal capacity of the functions of the authorizing administrative measure defining it as "Persistent Effectiveness".

For decades we have been a CNUPI confederate, whose nature is not University. The training aimed solely at the Popular University World is presented with Brand Università Popolare di Milano Brand / Brand always granted by the same Università Popolare degli Studi di Milano.
